Project Scope
This case covers a Schneider Electric solution for Middle East. The contracted scope centers on 12 MW, with delivery readiness targeted for 2023. Kodery coordinated primary scheme review, panel manufacturing and on-site interface checks so the lineup could enter service with clear feeder logic and documented settings.
A mixed-use commercial complex needed one coherent landlord power center for retail, HVAC, lifts and residential risers. Kodery supplied a Schneider-based LV package with metering hierarchy for energy allocation. Zhejiang Kodery Electric Co., Ltd. — the foreign-trade arm of Wenzhou Kangda Complete Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. (founded 2005) — designs and supplies medium- and low-voltage switchgear packages for industrial plants, commercial complexes, and utility feeders. Products are exported to markets including Uzbekistan, Indonesia and beyond, backed by ISO9001 quality systems and in-house manufacturing in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Facility teams now operate unified mains instead of fragmented boards.
Technical Configuration
The technical package is built around Schneider Electric MV/LV switchgear, MCCB/ACB devices and matched power-center cabinets. Typical work items include:
- Primary scheme confirmation for incoming, bus-tie and outgoing sections
- Protection and metering layout aligned with the site single-line diagram
- Enclosure, busbar and cable interface preparation for installation
- Factory assembly, wiring check and functional interlocking verification
Delivery & Commissioning
Engineering and project teams followed Schneider Electric architecture selection, busbar sizing and interlocking logic. After manufacturing, the cabinets were inspected, packed and shipped according to project logistics. Site support covered positioning guidance, secondary connection review and energization assistance where required by the contract.
Project Value
The completed package helps the end user operate a clearer distribution room layout, reduce interface risk between cabinets and field cables, and keep spare-part / brand consistency for later expansion.
