HXGN □ -12 box type Fxed metal enclosed switchgear (referred to as ring main unit) is a complete set of AC high voltage equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and rated frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial electrical equipment, and it plays the role of receiving, distributing electric energy and protecting. It also can be installed in box substation.
The product complies with GB3906 "GB3906-2006 Alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltage above 3.6kV and up to and including 40.5kV", and the international standard IEC-60298 A.C. metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV. It has the "Pve-prevention" interlock function.

Service condition
● Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C ;
● Altitude: not greater than 1000m;
● Daily mean value of relative humidity is not more than 95%, and monthly mean value is not more than 90%;
● In place of no fire or explosion risk and no violent vibration;
● The surrounding air is free from significant pollution such as corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor and conductive dust.

Structure feature
● Full assembly structure, light and beautiful, it can be assembled arbitrarily and is easy to expand and extend indePnitely.
● It can be equipped with either FN12-12 type load switch combination or FZN25-12 type vacuum load switch combination. It owns small volume, maintenance-free and three-phase linkage structure, with obvious isolating distance.
● The installation mode of load switch combination is Pexible, it can be installed on left and right side, front and upside down. (FZN25 can not βiP).
● Manual and electric operation with remote control function.
● With perfect and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking device, it fully achieves the "Five-prevention" function.
a. When the load switch is switched on, the ground switch cannot be switched on and the front door cannot be opened;
b. When the load switch is switched off, the ground switch can be switched on, and when the ground switch is switched on, the front door can be opened;
c. When the ground switch is switched on, the load switch cannot be switched on, and the front door panel can be opened:
d. When the ground switch is switched off, the load switch can be switched on and off, but the front door panel cannot be opened;
e. For the lower inlet of cable, when the incoming line is powered, the front door can not be opened by electromagnetic lock no matter the load switch is in the closing position or the opening position.(except for emergency unlock with a special key).
● Load switch adopts linked protective insulating valve or transparent insulating cover to block the live contact and ensure personal safety.
● It adopts frontal operation and maintenance, which can be installed against the wall.
● The front door is equipped with an observation window, which can clearly observe the working conditions of the components in the cabinet.
Ordering instruction
The following technical data should be provided when ordering:
● Main wiring solution number, purpose and single-line system drawing, rated voltage, rated current, rated short-circuit breaking current, distribution room layout drawing and switch cabinet arrangement drawing, etc.;
● Requirements for the control, measurement and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as requirements and schematics for other locking and automatic devices;
● Model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switchgear;
● When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be specied when ordering;
● Other special requirements must be explained and negotiated in detail in writing before ordering.
