Product characteristics

POWGRID-S series low-voltage power distribution and control box comply with GB7251.1-2013 and GB7251.12-2013 standards. It can be applied to power distribution, motor control, lighting control and other scenes. It is applicable to different installation methods such as wall-mounted open installation, wall-mounted concealed installation and floor-mounted installation. At the same time, it can meet the requirements of different installation sites for indoor installation and outdoor installation

POWGRID-S series low-voltage power distribution and control box adopts welded structure. The plates are cold-rolled steel plates or stainless steel plates (according to customer requirements). The humanized design is adopted, the structure layout is reasonable, and the appearance is fashionable and attractive.

● Relative humidity: max. 50%(+40℃)

Note: 1. When the temperature is low, it is allowed to have a higher relatively humidity, with the maximum of 90%(+20℃);

2. Derating shall be considered when the equipment is used at ambient temperature higher than the above;

3. If the equipment is installed at an altitude higher than 2000 meters, derating operation shall be considered.

Transportation temperature: Maximum temperature:+55℃; Minimum temperature:-25℃; Short time (no more than 24 hours) +70℃.

Structural characteristics

1.Door position-limit mechanism

When the box door is opened, the door position-limit mechanism can effectively prevent the box door from opening and closing from impacting the operation and maintenance personnel.

2.Folder

A folder is arranged inside the box door to store product drawings, catalogues, technical data and other documents for easy access.

3.Foam seal

The one-step foaming sealing process is adopted. Compared with the traditional sealing strip, it has higher elasticity, no seams and better sealing performance, which can realize the real IP54.

4.Prefabricated installation holes

The mounting bracket and beam of the prefabricated mounting hole can facilitate the installation, positioning and adjustment of components, and Px the cable.
