Product Features
• Double Break Roto Mechanism: Proprietary double-break contact system ensuring reliable arc extinction. Conforms to IEC 60947-2 and validated at KEMA laboratories.
• Versatile Trip Unit Options: Four trip unit types available: TM-D (thermal-magnetic, 100–630A), TM-G (thermal-magnetic, 160–250A), ETS 2.2/2.3 (electronic LS/I≥I protection), and MA (magnetic instantaneous, for motor protection).
• Safe Isolation: All EasyPact CVS circuit breakers are suitable for isolation as defined in IEC 60947-2, with positive contact indication for clear open/closed status.
• Common Accessories Platform: Single set of snap-fit accessories (ON/OFF indicators, trip auxiliaries, shunt/universal voltage releases, rotary handles) compatible across the full 100–630A range.
• Flexible Installation: Fixed and plug-in versions available. Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or flat on back without derating. Supports front and rear cable connections.
• Residual Current Protection: Vigi CVS add-on module provides earth-leakage protection (30mA–500mA) for enhanced personnel and equipment safety.
• Smart Metering Integration: PowerTag Energy M250/M630 class 1 energy meter integrates directly for real-time power monitoring and energy management per IEC 61557-12.
• Comprehensive Safety Accessories: Padlockable toggle locks, front-panel escutcheons (IP40), direct and extended rotary handles, and motor mechanisms for remote operation.
Usage Scenarios
• Buildings: Commercial and residential buildings for main and sub-distribution panel protection, lighting circuits, and general power feeders.
• Industrial Facilities: Manufacturing plants and industrial sites for motor circuit protection (via MA trip units), machinery feeders, and process control power.
• Power Distribution Networks: LV distribution systems in utility and infrastructure projects, providing overcurrent, short-circuit, and earth fault protection.
• Motor Protection Applications: Pump stations, HVAC systems, conveyor belts, and other motor-driven equipment requiring dedicated motor protection coordination.
• Renewable Energy & Infrastructure: Solar/wind farm collector systems, telecommunications sites, and transportation infrastructure where reliable circuit protection is critical.
